Zenon Clinic

The client

Zenon Clinic is a private dermatology, cosmetology, and gynaecology practice in the heart of Budapest, on Fashion Street. The clinic provides premium aesthetic and medical services, supported by a wide team of specialists.

The challenge

Zenon Clinic needed a complete brand identity and digital presence, built from scratch. Logo, visual identity, website, appointment booking system, patient management, and digital document handling: the entire system had to be designed at once, balancing the clinic's exclusive image with a seamless patient experience.

Our solution

We started with a comprehensive strategy, then translated the clinic's interior design language into the brand identity, so the online presence delivers the same experience as the physical space. We designed the website to let patients handle everything online: appointment booking, document access, digital self-service. Alongside the website, we developed a custom appointment booking, document, and patient management system that simplifies the clinic's day-to-day operations.

The result

The Zenon Clinic website won three Website of the Year awards in 2023, including the Quality Award in the Healthcare category. The site has since become a benchmark: clients regularly approach us saying "we want something like Zenon". Some tried to have it replicated elsewhere, then came to us instead, choosing to work with the original team.
