You know what you want to build, but not where to start?
You want to launch your own product, or replace a manual process. We help you find the least you need to get started.
A safe decision, confident clients
Sound familiar?
Four situations our clients most often come to us with.
You know what you want, but not where to start
You have lots of features in mind. You don't want to build everything at once, but you don't know the least you need to get started either.
You're afraid you'll spend a lot and nobody will use it
You've heard the stories: months of development, a serious budget, and in the end it turns out users want something else.
Every day you do by hand what a system could do
You keep records in Excel, coordinate by email and copy data by hand. You know it could be smarter, you just don't know what kind of system you'd need.
You've outgrown your current solution, but you're wary of switching
As users and data grow, it gets slower and harder to manage. You feel it should be rebuilt, but it's risky.
Custom development or Astrona?
You don't always have to build from scratch. We'll tell you honestly which is the better path.
You need custom development if:
- You're building your own product or service that others will use
- You want to replace a process that no ready-made module covers
- You want to launch a subscription service or a marketplace
Astrona is enough if:
- You want to organise your operations in one system: webshop, stock, appointments, customers
- Your processes are similar to those of most retailers or service providers
- You want to start faster and at a more predictable price
We start small and learn from reality
Understanding first, then the smallest working version, then expansion.
We understand the real problem
We don't jump into development. First we map out who you're solving the problem for, what hurts them, and what they do instead today.
We build the smallest working version first
We don't build every feature at once. First what the product can't work without. We try it, learn from it, then expand.
We test with users, we don't decide on gut feeling
We don't guess what users want, we let them try it. Their behaviour tells us what to improve.
We don't leave you alone after launch
Our work together doesn't end with the launch. If questions come up, your needs change or it needs extending, we're here. You don't have to find a new supplier, because the people who built the system understand it.
What we help with
You can count on us for these.
Product strategy
We find out who the product is for, what its core is, and which features it's worth launching with.
Interface design
Not just beautiful, but usable. User flows, clickable prototypes, testing with real users.
Custom development
A fast, secure, extendable system tailored to your needs. You manage the content and settings yourself in an easy-to-use admin.
Testing and further development
We don't hand it all over at the end. Every 2-3 weeks you get a working version, you try it, give feedback, and we improve it.
From idea to a working product
You'll know where we are and what comes next at every stage.
What we do
We understand the problem, the target audience and the existing solutions. We look at the competitors and talk to future users.
What you get
A product strategy, a description of the minimum viable product, and a prioritised feature list.
Why it matters
This way you don't spend money on things that aren't needed.
What we do
We plan how users navigate and how they complete their tasks. No design yet, only structure and logic.
What you get
Wireframes, user flows and a clickable prototype.
Why it matters
If something isn't clear, it turns out before development.
What we do
We design the look and the component system, and test them with real users before development.
What you get
Final interface designs, a component system and test results.
Why it matters
Fixing a design is much cheaper than fixing finished software.
What we do
We build the minimum viable product: the features the product can't launch without.
What you get
A working product you can try with real users.
Why it matters
You find out in weeks instead of months whether the idea works.
What we do
We look at where users get stuck, what they don't understand and what they miss, and improve it.
What you get
Test results and the order of further development.
Why it matters
User behaviour decides, not our assumptions.
What we do
The first version has shown what is really needed. Now we build on that and refine the details.
What you get
A complete, tested product.
Why it matters
You only spend on what you already know is needed.
What we do
We put the product live, and after 3 and 6 months we look at the usage data.
What you get
A live product, usage data and a recommendation for the next step.
Why it matters
The launch isn't the end, but the start of finding out what else is needed.
Now you know how we work.
How others use it
No two projects are the same. A few examples of systems we have built.
Subscription service
An online service users pay for every month. Registration, subscription plans, permissions.
Online course platform
Video courses and coaching in one place. Users buy a course, progress at their own pace and can rewatch it at any time.
Community and event platform
Members, profiles and shared events in one place. Users post events and sign up for them, see in advance who will be there, and subscribers get more features.
Marketplace and comparison site
Several providers or products in one place. Visitors can search, filter, compare and choose what suits them best.
Internal company system
Used only by your company: order management, reports and records that used to live in Excel.
Customer portal
Your customers' own accounts, where they see their orders, documents and invoices without having to call you.
Web applications from our portfolio
Products we took from idea to launch.
They work with us
Some of our clients have worked with us for 8-10 years, because they trust us.
Did you recognise yourself in any of these?
You don't have to decide now. Let's look at your idea together, and at what the smallest first step would be.

Common questions, honest answers
What most people ask before the first conversation.
A minimum viable product usually takes 8-12 weeks, the first version of a full product 16-24 weeks. Every 2-3 weeks you get a working version, so you don't have to wait until the end to see results.
A minimum viable product starts at HUF 5 million. The final price depends on how many features you need, how many user roles there are and which systems it has to be connected to. After the first meeting we give you an exact, itemised quote.
It's the version that contains only the most important features, but is already usable. It quickly shows whether the idea works before you spend the full budget. It's cheaper, faster and less risky.
Yes. In the first conversations we discuss the problem, the target audience and the competitors. It becomes clear whether it's worth starting, and if so, what to build first.
There is no licence or mandatory maintenance fee from us. Hosting, the domain name and any external services (payments or email sending, for example) have their own fees, of course. You only pay for what you ask for: new features, extensions, changes.
No. The system is built on Laravel, a widely used open source technology. Any suitably skilled developer familiar with Laravel can take it further. If someone else modifies it, however, our warranty ends from then on, just as a garage won't give a warranty on another garage's work.
We don't disappear. After 3 and 6 months we look at the usage data and recommend the next step. We give a 12-month warranty for bug fixes after the handover, and we help if you want to develop it further.
