With rented platforms (Shopify, for example) you pay every month and get what everyone else gets. You pay for a custom webshop once, it has no monthly fee, and we tailor it to how you work. If you need a new feature later, we develop it.
Yes. It can be connected to most inventory, invoicing, CRM and cash register systems, as long as they offer a way to connect. Stock, invoices and orders then update automatically, and all data is in one place.
Payment: card payment (e.g. Barion, SimplePay, OTP), cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, and payment terms or deposits for business customers.
Shipping: GLS, MPL, Foxpost, DPD, Packeta, with automatic label printing and tracking. Custom solutions too: pallet or truck shipping, weight-based fees, delivery time slots.
We don't disappear. After 3 and 6 months we look at the conversion rate, abandoned carts and the customer journey, and fine-tune if needed. We give a 12-month warranty for bug fixes after the handover, and we help if you want to extend the webshop.
No. There is no licence fee and no mandatory maintenance fee, and the webshop runs without upkeep. Hosting, the domain name, card payments and couriers have their own fees, of course, but those are independent of the webshop, like fuel for a car. You can choose hosting anywhere, it doesn't have to be with us. You only pay for what you ask for: new features, extensions, changes. After a few years it's worth updating because of changes in technology and regulations; this is paid, but you still decide when.
