With rented platforms (Shopify, for example) you pay every month and get what everyone else gets. You pay for Astrona when it's developed, and we tailor it to how you work. And it's not just a webshop: appointments, stock and customers are in the same system too.
No. There is no licence fee and no mandatory maintenance fee, and the system runs without upkeep. Hosting and the domain name have a fee, of course, but that's independent of the system, like fuel for a car. You can choose hosting anywhere, it doesn't have to be with us. After a few years it's worth updating because of changes in technology and regulations; this is paid, but you still decide when.
It depends on which modules you need, how much custom development is required and how many systems it has to be connected to. After the discovery phase we give you an exact, itemised quote.
Step by step. We bring over your products, customers and stock from your old system, check that everything arrived completely, and only then switch. You get an exact schedule at the start, so your work doesn't stop in the meantime. We give a 12-month warranty for bug fixes after launch.
Yes, for example to Billingo and Számlázz.hu. Astrona puts together the invoice details, and the invoicing software issues the invoice.
You're not tied to us. Astrona is built on Laravel, a widely used open source technology. Any suitably skilled developer familiar with Laravel can take your system further.
Yes. Our longer-standing clients know it as Sputnik; today it's called Astrona. If you use Sputnik, your system can be developed further; you don't have to start over.
