The client
Grav Handmade specializes in handmade jewelry crafted from gold and silver. Their pieces reflect a youthful lifestyle, fashion, and good vibes. Grav focuses on creating high-quality jewelry that reflects the owner’s personality, offering customization options such as engraving and color variations.
The task
Grav wanted to take their existing webshop to the next level, adapting it to changing customer demands. In addition to their high-quality jewelry, they aimed to provide a premium shopping experience. They requested a clean, minimalist website, similar to other luxury brands.
Our solution
We began by thoroughly analyzing the site, reviewing usage statistics, heatmaps, and user videos to identify difficult-to-navigate areas and drop-off points. With these insights, we redesigned the structure and functionality to enhance user experience.
To shape the style, we conducted a competitor analysis to ensure the website would stand out. We limited the color palette and created a nearly black-and-white minimalist design, placing emphasis on the products and image photography to achieve the desired effect.
