The client

Ganteline is Coverguard's Hungarian partner and a major player in the domestic workplace safety market since 1992. They distribute nearly 12,000 products from 100 manufacturing partners, handling approximately 40 percent of workplace safety equipment sales in Hungary

The challenge

Ganteline's previous website was outdated, internal processes were largely paper-based, and the nearly 12,000-product catalogue was difficult to manage effectively. Our task: a modern website aligned with the parent company Coverguard's brand identity, digitisation of paper-based workflows, and a platform that improves both the customer experience and internal efficiency.

Our solution

We started with research: we mapped what Ganteline's partners actually need in their day-to-day work. Based on the findings, we redesigned the online product catalogue, built a partner account system and download centre, and restructured customer service workflows to reduce manual workload. Partners received a ranked, representative listing with an IP-based geolocation map search. The visual system was designed based on Coverguard's brand guidelines, but adapted and extended to fit Ganteline's specific needs.

The result

The digitisation delivered measurable impact: customer service workload dropped significantly, and most paper-based processes were eliminated. Partners actively use the account system and download centre, and their feedback has been positive. Online enquiries have increased, and the parent company Coverguard is satisfied with the results. We've been working together continuously on further development ever since.
